LP EQUITY
Investment amounts range from $7M to $20M with a 3-5 year hold period, focusing on value-add multifamily, industrial, and office properties in high-growth markets. Leverage is up to 70% for multifamily and 65% for industrial and office.
BRIDGE
Loan amounts from $15M to $150M with up to 75% LTV for multifamily, 70% for commercial/hotel. SOFR-based floating rate loans, interest-only, and non-recourse. Uses include acquisition, refinancing, and repositioning across various U.S. property types.
FREDDIE MAC
Loan amounts range from $5M to $100M with terms of 5-10 years, up to 80% LTV. Early rate-lock and tiered pricing based on DSCR/LTV are available. Non-recourse except for standard carve-outs. Supports multifamily, student, and affordable housing.
FANNIE MAE
MEZZANINE INVESTMENTS
Loan amounts range from $5M to $150M with terms of 3 to 10 years and up to 85% LTV. Designed for acquisitions and refinancing, these loans feature competitive pricing, non-recourse terms, and flexible prepayment options for various commercial properties across the U.S.
